ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, spokesperson for the Nigeria Police Force, has confirmed the arrest of 45-year-old teacher Stella Nwadigbo. She was captured on video physically assaulting a pupil, Abayomi Michael, over his inability to correctly write his numbers.
In a post shared on Instagram last night, Adejobi vowed that Justice must be served.
‘’Child Abuse: One Stella Nwadigo, aged 45, the teacher who physically abused the 3-year-old Abayomi Micheal of Christ-Mitots School in Ikorodu, has been arrested by the police. She was arrested today, Tuesday 8th Jan, 2025, immediately after the criminal act. Justice must be served. Thanks”
