Political stakeholders in Ilorin East Local Government have endorsed Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term and Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa as the APC’s 2027 governorship candidate in Kwara State.
The endorsement was made during a prayer and mobilization gathering in Ilorin, where party leaders described the move as a reaffirmation of confidence in both leaders. Speakers at the event highlighted President Bola Tinubu’s ongoing reforms and national leadership, while praising Bolarinwa’s political experience, grassroots connection, and contributions to party development in the state.
The event also drew key stakeholders and party faithfuls from different wards and local governments, who turned out in large numbers to show solidarity and pledge continued support ahead of future elections.
